Zzzzz

June 27, 2007

Did not get good enough sleep last night…slept at around 3 I think, and since my normal quit didn’t dry well enough in the dryer, I didn’t have my quilt T_T. I had to use some other quilt that’s not like my quilt, so it was hard to sleep with, sadly. Then today during class, I could not stay awake T_T. I missed out on the last part where the teacher was talking about partial fractions and how they made certain integrals easier, this will be horrible on my test…

In brighter, more trivial news, I beat the Elite Four with most my Pokemon in the lower 50s! Woooo…

Still not enough sleep…

SAT IIs

June 21, 2007

So, my SAT IIs did that much more better than I expected: 800 on Chemistry ^_^, 760 on US History, and 720 on Math II O_O. I felt I did like shit on my math, I was amazed that I was able to get such a high score on it. I am happy with my scores, I don’t think I’ll be taking them again…so I’m free from the SATs, yay! Next to come are the AP scores…oh god…

Calculus II has been fine, today’s lesson was
3———–O_O———-E
that much more harder than the stuff before it though >>;. Test next Monday, I hope I do good…

On Tuesday, I went to a friend’s going away party, he’s moving to Indiana, so chances are I’ll never see him again. It was quite fun there, I came rather late, but I was able to enjoy the party. I watch bits of a couple of movies, and then we went outside to boff, aka hitting each other with padded sticks shaped as weapons. It was quite enjoyable, and I actually got considerable exercise from it, compared to my normal activities >>;. I’m still sore from moving so much though…my state of unhealth…

Good spaghetti there too…

GAHHHH

June 19, 2007

I fucking overslept today! I’m supposed to get up at 7:30 for shower, breakfast, walk, BART to classes, but instead I woke at around 8:40 T_T. After that, I just decided to go back to sleep, since I knew by the time I got to class, most of it would be over >>;. Got to try to sleep earlier >>;.

Must cram

June 18, 2007

Today was the first day of Calculus II at Laney. I got the same teacher as I did last summer, he gave the same speech in the beginning of the class talking about how we shouldn’t be taking the class over the summer because we’d be cramming the whole curriculum into a third the time, etc. etc. etc. I hope he doesn’t remember, since I forgot all my calculus from last year, and I did well in the class >>;. I fell asleep in class at the end *sigh*. We start on integration, so I somehow have to review derivatives, or at least the shortcuts for them. Then I still have AP work…This is going to suck…

Boy are we lazy today

June 17, 2007

Done in Illustrator with my less than lacklustre skills…because I’m lazy and uninspired…now…Diablo II…

I has a flavour. Do you?

Horrible Dream

June 16, 2007

I just woke and took a shower today at 3:00, slept at 4 in the morning, it was such a good sleep! Rarely will I have the chance to do this again though, since I will have summer school…*sigh*.

Right before I woke up, I had a horrible dream. It began with my house taken over by some people. I’m not sure who they were, or what they were doing, but I think they were a bunch of designers – they completely revamped the exterior of the house, and probably the interior as well. I will post a picture made in Illustrator later so I can remember and get some practice in the software too. So, I think they were part of a bigger cause, but I’m not sure, but there were a shitload of tanks, heading for the house, I suppose to expel the intruders. I was also in a tank, but it was WAY quicker than the other tanks, and was about half their height as well. I think it was some sort of modified normal car, I guess. I entered from the rear flip up “door”. There was also some side doors as well. It was one too crowded in the tank – due to me >>;. I left the back hinge open, since it was really hot and stuffy inside, which was a stupid idea…We made it to the house before everyone, and then the house began to move suddenly, like it was being dragged behind. They somehow separated the house from the foundation, and all they left was the type of grass you’d find in abandoned fields, though it’s supposed to be dirt under the house >>;.

The light above the door turned yellow to red, then the intruders burst out the door, and there was this one Latino (supposedly) with a mustache and a shotgun coming around the tank, and since we were too slow, we couldn’t hit him with the gun. *sigh* He stuck the shotgun in the open back door, and aim at the other dude stuffed in the back, so I tried to wrestle the shotgun from his grip by grabbing the barrel, which got me shot in the stomach, I believe. Surprisingly, this being a dream, it didn’t hurt too much. Then he shot the other guy, and was about to go for my head, when I dove out the side door, and saw him with the shotgun…and a SUPER SOAKER? WTF? But yeah, an orange Super Soaker. I tried to wrest the gun out his hands, but once more he shot me…in the nuts…urgh, the worst part. I then woke up, and I could have sworn, I felt some discomfort down there…

You know what sucks about dreams? You know you could daydream a way out of your predicaments, but in your dreams, you have no control, and it always ends up the worst way possible. *sigh*

Peaches

June 16, 2007

I like peaches a lot. I’m eating one right now ^_^. Mmmm…my third today…

I played Diablo II’s Eastern Sun mod pretty much all day. Wow. First day of summer vacation…I get to sleep late, wake late, and not be tired feeling in the morning…since I won’t be up in the morning! ^_^

The end is now

June 15, 2007

Nooooooo, my longest ever nail has broken! T_T *unending mourning*

Now onto more important stuff…

Today was the last day of junior year. Wow, it flew by so quickly; hell, since ninth grade, it’s been going by so quickly! I remember at the beginning of the year, I thought AP Chemistry would be a breeze; boy, was it anything but! I could barely keep up with 2 APs due to my excessive procrastination, and next year, 4, wow, that’s going to be horrible O_O. AP Gov/Econ, AP Bio, AP English (fail begins there), and AP Computer Science (half semester). Not to mention me having to head the Current Events Discussion Club, though it shouldn’t be too bad, there’s no telling…and then service clubs, I already got CSF, I’m going to do Octagon and either Interact or Key Club next year…have yet to decide though. I don’t see the point of having two when one could do the same amount of work more efficiently with a centralized command and no club bickering. Then I have to attend to Bowling Club, can’t forget recycling, and also have Dungeons and Dragons…It’s filled, but not that filled, compared to others, I hope to get some sleep, which is really unlikely…

Today was a good day, I guess, we watched Touching the Void, a movie about the survival story of a couple of reckless mountain climbers. I thought it was Touching the Boys when I first misheard it, damn ears >>;. Graphics, I finished all my work, and now am free of anymore Photoshop projects with extremely tight deadlines, yay! After school let out, I went to eat Thai with a large group of acquaintances, instead of going out to the movies due to complications…social problems and all that. Thai food is not that bad, the salad tasted pretty nice with the dressing, the soup was a tad spicy, but overall good, and I ordered “satay”, which seems to be some sort of meat, barbequed and skewered with bamboo rods, served with some rice (good rice), peanut sauce (never really cared for sauce though), and a cucumber salad (urgh). I had chicken satay, the chicken was yellow for some reason >>; I think it was curry. It was not bad though, and I would have no problems with Thai again, most likely.

Classes start Monday, Calculus 2, even though I’ve forgotten every bit of Calculus I’ve learned, pretty much…I hope its not too bad…

Listening to: Miaou-On a Sunday.

This is my hole, it was made for me!

The end is really fucking nigh

June 14, 2007

One more day of school. Today was a finals day for history and english. History, we didn’t have finals, but we did have ice cream cake. It’s amazing stuff, never tried stuff like that before! Heh, we showed Kuruc pictures of Mr. Bill and Eleanor Roosevelt in “compromising positions”, as well as returned them in a package in another position ^_^ >>;. After that, we got grades, I got a C, saved by the curve to a B, damn research paper bit me in the ass T_T. We watched Forrest Gump afterwards. It surprised me, I would not have picked the movie up myself. It was quite entertaining, more than I’d ever thought.

English was horrible, we had a finals test. Poetry analysis was shit, and then I fell asleep during it >>;. I hope to god that I get an A on it *sigh*.

I finally went to Dungeons and Dragons today! I had so much AP work, or I was too tired to go the last couple of weeks, I’m glad I got to go this week, since its the last. We had a battle royale today, fighting the members of the party. Sadly, I was killed the second T_T. I was rushed and hacked down by a cleric wielding a scythe…I can only hope that she was laughing insanely when she was doing that…After that, I played Halo. I haven’t played Halo in the lab for soooo long…good memories.

Tomorrow, chemistry, graphics, then…the end. Watch a movie with Ben tomorrow too. Then, senior year, here I come!

Listening to: Miaou-Sleepless Dreams. My god, so good…

A Sad Day

June 12, 2007

A Death

A sad day for us all, as Ifeanyi Ezeh has passed on…I knew him before, in eighth grade, he was so smart, so brilliant, so athletic, and to have died so young…cruel twist of fate that is. He looked so healthy, I would not have expected that to happen to him. He’d ask so many questions during our Algebra A/B class and tire out the teacher…brave of him to do so.

I remember Sunday, I was at the Interact BBQ, a classmate came up to us, said “Hey, do you guys remember Ifeanyi? Yeah? He just died!”, or something to that effect in a seemingly joking tone. Little did I know that it was not just a joke…

RIP, yeah?
