The Police, Take Two

November 28, 2007

So, the police was here. Again >>;) My parents just went down to the police station to deal with the shit…

I got ONE personal statement done last night, woo! >>; Now to rape my head for that second statement… ><.

The Police

November 27, 2007

Not the band, but those that we refer to as “coppers.” Yep, they decided to pay a visit to my humble home a bit before midnight, on Saturday. Apparently there was a call to them saying that screams for help because someone was being beat up or something was emanating from our house. My parents were asleep by then, and I was awake working on work (I forget the specifics, but it certainly wasn’t as productive as I’d have hoped). So they came in, searched the house with their flashlights, etc. Nothing, clearly, was going on, so they went out. I was wondering if it was one of my compatriots engaging in a little prank with me, but it wasn’t. So, I wrote it off as a mistaken address or something.

Then the day after, the old lady neighbor rung our doorbell to ask if she could “help with our child” or something along those lines. I’m the only (relative) child in the house, but I had no reason why to think she would be referring me (what, my music? I don’t make noise in the house, especially not with parents around). Apparently she heard a little girl or something crying incessantly…but it was a rather quiet night (barring my music, but I swear, DOES NOT sound like a little girl. It’s techno, dammit. >>;). So I’m thinking SHE made the call Saturday night…and I think she’s a bit off her rocker now…hearing things in the night…

Listening to: Yuzo Koshiro-M. Bison Stage, from the Street Fighter Tribute Album, remixes of the stage music from Street Fighter II. Lovely stuff. And this is the theme for the boxer, known as Balrog here in America, not the dude in the red who runs Shadoloo, who is M. Bison in America, and Vega in Japan. Clear name rip of Mike Tyson >>;.

Must work…

November 25, 2007

How can you destroy nothing, yet destroy the most important thing? Any thoughts on this? Perhaps the most important thing is “nothing” itself? I don’t want to think about it right now, I’ll think on it later…

So, last night, rather poor dream to wake up to. I was some bald guy (voluntarily bald) and I have no idea what happened until the end. The rest of my body was buried in the ground, with only my head sticking out. Then for some reason baddies carved my face off. Cheek to cheek. Then they took out my eyeballs. That must be like the worse way to get killed. I think they also cut my brain from the rest of my head, with one clean cut, kind of like Frankenstein’s head. No idea what prompted this dream, but I’d hope to not experience it again, rather poor experience compared to previous dreams.

Oh, one more week of an escaped haircut…*sigh*

AND FUCK ITS DAMNED COLD ><

The world be damned, I’ll deal with your shit later

Listening to: Iron Maiden-Different World.

Deterioration

November 23, 2007

Elvin and I were talking about how we used to be better, and you know, he is so right. I used to be a harder worker. Then it all went downhill after games, chat, webcomics, and general internets asshattery. I used to have all A’s after elementary, until junior year English netted me B’s, as well as AP US History and Graphic Arts. I used to not even know what curse words were-the worst word that one could say was “damn”. I remember back in elementary school, some guy almost said fuck, people were going “ooooo you almost said the f-word” and the guy was going “no, I said duck!” and I was going wtf in spirit (lol anachronism). Then middle school came, and now I curse seemingly without bounds ><. I used to want to be a scientist. Now, I’m not particularly sure what I want to be, besides not having to deal with essays, evermore.

And I just spent a few moments biting down on a ceramic bowl. ><

And I still haven’t written any personal statements…GAHHH.

Listening to: David Bowie-Ziggy Stardust.

Failed it, but oh well

November 20, 2007

Sunday, I went to the Quiz Kids competition, it was us versus Menlo-Atherton or something like that >>;. We were trounced, 350-240 or something along those lines, but 2 things that I am happy about this year: 1. we broke the 200 point mark. 2. we were not THOROUGHLY trounced, unlike last year’s abysmal 400something to our measly 80something. >>;. Seriously, the damn chances of me getting some sort of “girlfriend”…close to something I like to call “zero”.

The Game was mentioned in one of the commercial breaks, and he kept on emphasizing the words “the game” right after that break lol. Oh, and if you’re reading…you’ll notice I just lost the game, and so did you, so HAH! Elvin’s been an ass though, texting me, so now I have to pay (that rapist). Elvin is a RAPIST. And thats not a portmanteau of “rap artist”, I can tell you that for sure.

Oh, I got away with one more week without a haircut, woot! They think I look emo though…I guess I do a bit…and I got CURRENT EVENTS INTO THE ANNOUNCEMENT god I fail it so hard I’m happy about that…and only 5 people showed up and participated…><.

And I got me a Rubik’s Cube! And I can solve it, somewhat…but a real Rubik’s cube!

Listening to: Guns N’ Roses-Patience.

Lazy Lazy Lazy

November 17, 2007

So, for the past couple of days, I’ve been…lazy. Yep. Much has happened…or not much at all.

Tuesday, I fell with a sore throat. (Woo 8 bottles of water, last time I had a sore throat same situation) Wednesday, I felt sick when I woke in the middle of the night with a sore throat, headachey, and felt a bit feverish. Remembering that I had no testing or real new material the coming day, I decided to stay home. Sick days ftw! I slept throughout the school time, which was awesome. After that, I felt MUCH better, and one of my friends pulled me out of the house to the nearby Jack in the Box to give me my homework and eat something. We had a nice little talk (more like her talking to me, as I still fail at conversing, as expected), and I got home and PROCRASTINATED LIKE A PRO! Bleh, didn’t get any of the government work done that I had the day before and the stuff I received; I only did my biology work. *sigh*

Thursday, tested on mitosis and meiosis in biology, and spent over half the block thinking of the restroom for drinking too much water (I always do though…). And then near the end of the test, I thought the .38 Special song Hold on Loosely fit so much too my situation, disturbingly:
“Just Hold On Loosely, but don’t let go
If you cling too tight babe,
you’re gonna lose control”
so fitting XD.

Thursday night, procrastinated again, didn’t finish my biology homework *sigh*.

Now it’s Friday, there was a little Fall Festival in the quad of the school. I bought a pack of nice, chewy, sweet, grape candy for a dollar, in support of Asian Pacific Islander Club, or APIC. It was totally worth it, 100%. MUST FIND MORE! There were a variety of booths selling other stuff, and if I had the cash, I would have totally gotten: Quiz Bowl/Robotics cookies, giant Chocky (lol bootleg supersized Pocky from APIC), cupcakes (from whereever, I don’t remember), and I’m sure there was more goodies out there…I also bought a donut from RAPDV during biology because they couldn’t sell out (oh fine, that is a bit harsh, they sold out 2 boxes).

Sunday, I get to go on TV and be on Quiz Kids, where the whole world (or at least the Bay Area) can see San Leandro High School’s Quiz Bowl team get crushed mercilessly again ^_^. Or at least, it would seem to be the case, with our former track record with other schools.

Oh, sometime in the past I had one of the creepiest (but not scary, it was just rather disgusting to myself) dreams. I dreamt that my right arm was undergoing “cancer” (how the hell am I supposed to know, it was a dream) and it was all bubbling up in some sort of disgusting rash. It was easily squished with a yellowish liquid spurting out. One of the weirdest dreams I had.

Listening to: Aerosmith-Under My Skin. Pulled off at random from Pandora Radio, www.pandora.com. Supposed be like what I listen to (or Aerosmith, since I typed in their name. I presume its working, last I heard, Aerosmith sounds like Aerosmith, but I may be mistaken.)

FAILING IT

November 13, 2007

So, I fail it at social functions, I’d know. I can’t converse for shit. Sorry I suck so much. Besides that bit, I guess it was nice. I’m sure if I knew how to converse that it would have been much better. We were there, played some soccer and volleyball, ate some pizza and apple, and I went for a walk. I liked the uphill part, I really enjoyed the feeling of that part for some reason. Then some friends tracked me down and I had to walk back with them >>;. And I still fail at conversation…

Yesterday was the Veteran’s Day parade in SL, I volunteered to help set up, and was in a group with a couple of freshmen…pitiful…but I suppose that’s me. It was amusing though, I saw the Chinese Christian School’s drill squad, which was rather good, with all the gun spinning. I also saw the Skyline JROTC and drill squad. But I still have only this to say: Drill squads and JROTC are the most accomplished line dancers of high school >>;.

Social failure, right here.

Listening to: Daisuke Ishiwatari, Koh-Ichi Seiyama-Bloodstained Lineage. From the Guilty Gear XX OST, returning to basics here, some good stuff from my past ^_^.

Dew…ICED

November 10, 2007

So I dropped Advanced/AP Computer Science in spring, and got me a free block in first, along with moving AP Gov to third. Now I get to go later, get more sleep, more time to work, and don’t have to deal with Smart first thing in the morning, which means forewarning of stupidity ^_^. I also can essentially twist my schedule around as I wish if the teachers let me ^_^.

We instead of bowling due to lack of people, more interest in the alternative, and apparent problems in reserving lanes and other logistics problems, I think. We went to dinner instead, had a reservation at some restaurant “Elephant Bar”, but it was for TOMORROW, instead of today. That failed it rather hard, so we instead decided to go to Applebee’s. I got a big bacon cheeseburger that was awesome, and evidently, I CAN has cheezburger =3. Then we went to Cold Stone Creamery, where the majority got ice cream, I think, and it would appear that people had hard times finishing off. They prepare the ice cream somewhat like dough though, except mushing the lump around with two metal spoons. Interesting form of ice cream preparation, or I’ve been in the dark a long time about this shit. I got instead of ice cream, a Mountain Dew smoothie, which was THICK as hell. They made it with sorbet (that was the stuff that looked like the lard we worked with in Larson’s class for soap) and a bit of what I think is PURE UNADULTERATED MOUNTAIN DEW SYRUP STRAIGHT FROM THE SOURCE. Ooooooo…

I did quite enjoy my dinner and my time there, even with all the damn cameras aimed at me without my knowledge ><. I swear, if they get leaked onto the internets and it becomes some sort of macro…

Plenty of work for the weekend, and plans to evade the haircut this week ^_^. Thank god for Veteran’s Day, I think…

Competitions

November 8, 2007

Today, after falling asleep in English and the rest of school, we rushed through recycling (’twas an awesome day for it, good timing for it ^_^) and then went to American High School in Fremont for a Quiz Bowl tournament/game thingy. The place is rich, it’s like in a commercially zone, and the grass is all nice, and they have absolutely LARGE buildings. They even have “theater” style classrooms that are absolutely spacious. Man, our school just got pwnt big time *sigh*. They had a large ass place to gather around and eat (no idea what its called, perhaps that was the cafeteria? freaking large). The facilities were also clean looking and not piss/shit smelling O_O more than I can say for SLHS, especially the new ones, sadly. I still don’t understand the concept of “preppy” though, although I KNOW the origin of the word >>;.

The competition, was, for 2/3s of the time, as we expected. Outsped by the other teams, we knew the answers, but the problem was, we weren’t quick enough. *sigh* Our team’s Achilles heel…*facepalm*. We ended up scraping barrel bottom (though with points) in the first and third games, but in the second one, we come out first :O. That was compeletely unexpected, but we pulled it off ^_^.

It’s really foggy today. Not London fog though…

People speak poorly of their schoolmates behind others back a lot. *sigh* One good reason to be a hikikomori-that. Lovely protection against that.

Listening to: AC/DC-If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It). Such an awesome song, and the lyrics…

EPIC

November 5, 2007

I’m sorry, but it was. So, we did our summer work for AP Gov yesterday. The Google doc had around what, 13-15 people taking from it? ‘Twas amazing. Chat room had around 7 or so at peak times, but yeah, truly was EPIC. Now to hope that we’ve gone by undetected. There is a feeling of…evil associated with that activity though. WOOO

I did however stay up and only get around only 1 hour of sleep *sigh*. Others got MUCH more, good for them! We all need that sleep. Elvin told us to wake him up if he fell asleep though, and the 3 of us still online took our turns calling him to wake him up. Kind of like Russian roulette, except the end result was Elvin typing in something like “[02:34 09] z3ru11: qho’a LLING ME?” into AIM. That was one epic typo XD

Today we started up AP Gov. It will be nothing less than HORRIBLE. We have to maintain not one, but TWO binders, which takes time, and energy to lug it all around *sigh*. We also need our textbook there everyday, more trouble…not to mention talk of mock elections and mock trials, that’s absolutely out of my range of comfortable, it sounds HORRIBLE. *sigh*. At least she’s gone tomorrow, I’m conjecturing that since she’s going to spend ALL night grading for the grade deadline, she’ll be taking the day off to sleep. She will, without doubt, not be there, but I’m just conjecturing the reason.

Listening to: Aerosmith-Deuces are Wild.
